After completing your Induction Day, you’ll transition into your specific department, where your journey truly begins. At Galgorm Collection, we believe in learning by doing — and you won’t be doing it alone. Our departmental training is built around a supportive buddy system, giving you hands-on experience alongside experienced team members who are there to guide, mentor, and help you settle in.
